02 — What we do

Eight services, one relationship.

A single program manager coordinates every service you request. Engineering, procurement, fabrication, assembly, test, and shipping all flow through one quote and one point of contact.

PCB Fabrication
FR-4 (standard & high-Tg), halogen-free, aluminum MCPCB, rigid-flex, polyimide flex, HDI, high-frequency. 1–24 layers standard, up to 40 on request. Blind, buried, and via-in-pad supported.
PCB Assembly
SMT, through-hole, mixed technology. BGA down to 0.3 mm pitch. 01005 passives. SPI, AOI, X-ray inline. Flying probe and bed-of-nails test. Conformal coat and underfill.
Component Procurement
Obsolete, allocated, and hard-to-find components. Authorized distribution network plus verified excess-inventory sources. Full lot and date-code traceability to serial number.
Custom Component Build
Custom capacitors, industrial relay sockets, electronic packaging, terminal blocks, electro-mechanical interconnects. Design through mass production.
Engineering & Design
Schematic capture, multi-layer PCB layout, high-speed digital design, thermal and power management. DFM / DFA review included on every quote.
Cable Assembly
Wire harnesses and custom cable assemblies. Crimping, over-molding, potting. Integrated with PCBA on the same program.
Programming & Final Test
Firmware flashing, functional test to your spec, first-article inspection, serialization, packaging, drop-ship direct to end customer.

Operating standards.

DFM / DFA review
Every quote gets an engineer-reviewed Design for Manufacturability and Design for Assembly check before fabrication begins. Included, not billed extra.
Quote response
Within 24 business hours of receiving complete files. Faster turnaround for active programs and expedite requests.
NDA
Mutual NDA signed before files are received on request. Standard practice for medical, defense-adjacent, and regulated-industry programs.
Quotations
Fixed for the scope and BOM specified. If components go allocated or scope changes during the build, we notify before proceeding — no silent adjustments.
Traceability
Process documentation, lot codes, date codes, and test records captured per ISO 9001:2015 audit trail. Retained per customer schedule.
Point of contact
You work with a named program manager, not a generic sales inbox. Technical questions route directly to engineering.
First article inspection
